Perspective matters.

Her Mind Science is grounded in care, respect, and integrity. Our work is guided by the belief that people deserve to be met with compassion, honesty, and understanding, especially during vulnerable moments. We value trust, clear boundaries, and a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and safe to reflect on their experiences. Every interaction is approached with intention, care, and respect for individual dignity and lived experience.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychology (BPsych) and am on a postgraduate study pathway, with a strong academic interest in health science and neuroscience, particularly the interaction between cognition, emotion, behaviour, and lifestyle across everyday functioning.

My work is psychology-informed and draws on therapeutic, counselling-informed, and psychotherapy-informed frameworks to support reflective thinking, emotional awareness, perspective-building, and personal development. I work primarily with women and children, integrating theoretical understanding with lived experience as a parent navigating the evolving stages of family life.

I approach my work with respect for neurodiversity, recognising individual differences in cognitive style, emotional processing, and lived experience. My aim is to provide a structured, supportive space that assists individuals to organise emotions, clarify thinking, manage anxiety, and cultivate a more intentional and empowered outlook — informed by science and grounded in real-world context. Alongside academic study in psychology and health science, I bring firsthand experience navigating parenthood and everyday family life. I understand the mental load, the emotional overwhelm, and the constant juggling — for both women and children.

You’re not like anyone else and you don’t need to be.
